Change of course

Today I have been doing some work on writing, mainly going over the first two chapters. Unfortunately, substantial work still needs to be done on this.

I have also considered a change of course. Instead of developing a GUI as part of the main system, steganosaurus will be a command-line tool and I will develop a separate Java wrapper to act at the GUI. There are several reasons for this that I shall expand on later.
